The rate charged for the standard shipping of your order is £1.75. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive it, if you change your mind after shipping our refund policy below will apply.
Our standard delivery packages are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 days of receiving full payment but please allow at least 5 working days to avoid disappointment.
Please ensure you enter a correct delivery address. If you provide a delivery address with incorrect details that causes goods to not be delivered to the correct destination, we will not issue a refund, provide any compensation, or resend the goods without further payment. If the parcel is subsequently returned to us by Royal Mail due to incomplete address or non collection, the customer will need to cover the postage costs of resending. If you decide you on a refund instead this will provided excluding the cost of delivery charge paid.
To save on postage and packaging you are able to collect your order in person from us. Orders can be collected from us at a pre arranged time. If you wish to collect your order, please email us to arrange this.
UK Shipping only. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, S Ireland or the Isle of Man.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your must return the item within 14 days of purchase. All products must be in the original packaging. The original postage will only be refunded at the standard rate. The item to be returned must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

2. Mail the returned item to:

3. Include in your package the cancellation form stating the reason for your return and the original invoice.
Always obtain proof of postage, this will enable you to claim for the item should it be lost in transit.
The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Providing you have complied with our requirements, you will receive a full refund within 7 days of us receiving your return. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method.
If you receive the wrong product in error we will of course replace this free of charge.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
